Domestic Shipping:

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.

Shipping rates

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping to Australian addresses. If you require your item urgently, please contact us prior to placing your order to arrange for express postage. Please note that additional charges apply for express postage.  

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damage in transit

Onboard Woodshop takes exceptional care to package all items carefully to minimise likelihood of damage in transit. All items sent will be sent with insurance and tracking as such Onboard Woodshop will not be liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Australia Post to file a claim.

We understand that receiving an item damaged in transit can be frustrating, so as soon as you’ve lodged your claim with Australia Post, send us an email with photos of packaging and damaged items to enable us to investigate/improve any processes.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International shipping

If you would like to purchase one of our products but live outside of Australia, please contact us prior to placing your order for a shipping quote.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Onboard Woodshop are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
