Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges
At Onboard Woodshop, If you are not fully satisfied with your product contact us within 14 days of receipt of your product to organise a refund (restocking fee applies). Unfortunately, refunds will not be offered after the 14 day period has lapsed.
To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must be unused and returned to us in the same condition that you received it in, including original packaging.
If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please inform us as soon as possible for an exchange or have your item repaired. We reserve the right to determine to repair or exchange or your item.
Onboard Woodshop reserves the right to not offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been approved, please return your item using a trackable service. When your item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five working days.
If your refund is rejected, we will send you an email outlining the reason(s) why we believe your claim has been rejected and will arrange for the item to be sent back to you at your expense.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. As our items are unique, we can only exchange for a similar sized item or repair the damaged item. Onboard Woodshop reserves the right to decide whether to repair or exchange your item. If you need to exchange a defective item please send us an email at returns@onboardwoodshop.com.au outlining the issue(s) and include some detailed photographs illustrating the issue.
We will not refund or exchange an item that has been abused, neglected or exhibits signs of foul play.
Return Shipping Costs and Fees
For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. There is also a 15% restocking fee payable for change of mind returns, which will be deducted from your refund.
For faulty item returns, we will reimburse your return shipping costs provided the item is returned using an Onboard Woodshop approved shipping company. Contact us at returns@onboardwoodshop.com.au for more information.
When returning an item please use a trackable shipping service with insurance. Onboard Woodshop will not be liable for returned items lost in transit.
